B. DOORS & Window :

  • Fittings door using main frame with power coated aluminum section,4 mm glass and ACP cladding with two handles and door closer. - 11 Pcs

  • Window using powder coated aluminum frame and 4 mm glass. - 4 Pcs

C. Electricals :

  • Total Electrical works with LED Light as required to full illusion ( Phlips Make ) necessary Mcb and elcb, Comprising of Panel with D.B's, necessary MCB's, Switches and sockets, Circuit and point wiring, each workstation having 6 model front plate with 2 sockets and a switch, Make - Switch & Socket - Gold Medal / KOLORS etc. Wires- ISI marked , DBs - Havells, (Including fire safety audit and energy audit complete).   •  PCC flooring for the entire floor with Stone Chips Sand Cement and in the Ratio of 3 : 2 : 1(RMC used) as per the requirement of floor slope to make it a zero level with net cement finish - 1963 Sqft

  • Providing and fixing 600x600mm joint free ceramic tiles in flooring in toilet and pantry in directed patterns, on the existing flooring/ surface. Tiles to be fixed with fixing compound (Unitile, Fevimate) as per details - 1963 Sqft
